Megan Keough - Client Services Director

In 2015, Megan joined IGNITE after nine years with General Mills. There she held a variety of roles including account management, business planning, trade marketing, category management, and broker and distributor relationship-building. In addition to her extensive experience in the world of grocery, Megan also brought experience working directly with natural and organic brands including Larabar, Cascadian Farms, Food Should Taste Good, and Muir Glen. During that time she developed an appreciation for the natural and organic side of the grocery world, which align with her personal views on health and nutrition. She joins the team excited to use her industry expertise to help shape client strategy for emerging brands. Megan’s eager to work with IGNITE’s impressive roster of clients, each of whom has a compelling and unique story to share.

Sadly, Megan has no free time. Happily, this is due to life revolving around a new baby and taking on the challenge of parenthood. She does manage to find the odd moment to watch late night TV lip sync battles, though. Priorities are priorities, after all. In the olden (pre-diaper) days, she could be found in yoga class, watching college football, or playing with her (recently demoted to second place) dog, Rudy.
